Helen's Pilates & Yoga

My classes are friendly and suitable for everyone.  I demonstrate each exercises and provide different levels so it is totally individual. My students have become my extended family and I look forward to seeing them each week.

Whether you are an athlete or a couch potato, young and limber or old and inflexible the Pilates method can and does change your body and mind for the better.  With the power of your mind you can bring anything to light, so see your goal and then work to achieve it.
